體外胚胎培養(yǎng)液代謝組學分析在評價胚胎發(fā)育潛能的研究進展

【摘要】:代謝組學是對溶液、組織、細胞等生物樣本中的小分子代謝物進行定性和定量分析,從而得到生物體受外界刺激后其代謝水平的整體變化的結果。其研究過程包括代謝組數據的采集、預處理、多變量數據分析、標記物識別和途徑分析等步驟。代謝組學作為一種新興技術,在輔助生殖技術中具有很好的應用前景。胚胎的發(fā)育和代謝是個動態(tài)過程,應用質譜分析、光譜分析和磁共振波譜技術能客觀、全面、準確、無創(chuàng)地反映胚胎質量及其發(fā)育潛能,可作為胚胎形態(tài)學評估的補充,從而提高胚胎種植率,提高單胚胎移植的妊娠率。
[Abstract]:Metabonomics is the qualitative and quantitative analysis of small molecule metabolites in biological samples such as solution, tissue, cell, and so on, so as to obtain the overall change of metabolism level of organism after being stimulated by external environment. The research process includes data acquisition, preprocessing, multivariate data analysis, marker identification and pathway analysis. As a new technology, metabonomics has a good application prospect in assisted reproductive technology. The development and metabolism of embryos is a dynamic process. The application of mass spectrometry, spectral analysis and magnetic resonance spectroscopy can objectively, comprehensively, accurately and noninvasively reflect the quality and developmental potential of embryos, and can be used as a supplement to the morphological evaluation of embryos. Thus, the rate of embryo implantation and the pregnancy rate of single embryo transfer were increased.
