【摘要】：在輔助生殖技術(shù)中,子宮內(nèi)膜厚度可以反映內(nèi)膜功能狀態(tài),薄型子宮內(nèi)膜是指子宮內(nèi)膜厚度不足以獲得胚胎著床及臨床妊娠。雖然臨床對(duì)薄型子宮內(nèi)膜治療的方式較多,但總體治療效果欠佳。干細(xì)胞因具有多向分化和自我更新的潛能而展現(xiàn)出廣闊的發(fā)展前景,包括胚胎干細(xì)胞、成體干細(xì)胞和誘導(dǎo)多能干細(xì)胞,隨著對(duì)干細(xì)胞研究的深入,目前有研究誘導(dǎo)干細(xì)胞向子宮內(nèi)膜細(xì)胞定向分化并增生,以促進(jìn)子宮內(nèi)膜生長,進(jìn)而用于治療薄型子宮內(nèi)膜。現(xiàn)主要就骨髓間質(zhì)干細(xì)胞(BMSCs)、子宮內(nèi)膜干細(xì)胞(EDSCs)、人胚胎干細(xì)胞(h ESCs)及人臍帶華通膠間充質(zhì)干細(xì)胞(WJ-MSCs)在薄型子宮內(nèi)膜治療的研究進(jìn)展以及這4種細(xì)胞用于臨床治療的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)進(jìn)行綜述。
[Abstract]:In assisted reproductive technology, the thickness of endometrium can reflect the state of endometrium function. Thin endometrium refers to the thickness of endometrium is not enough to obtain embryo implantation and clinical pregnancy. Although there are many clinical treatments for thin endometrium, the overall therapeutic effect is not good. Stem cells, due to their potential for multi-differentiation and self-renewal, have shown broad prospects for development, including embryonic stem cells, adult stem cells and induced pluripotent stem cells. At present, it has been studied to induce stem cells to differentiate and proliferate into endometrial cells in order to promote the growth of endometrium and then to treat thin endometrium. In this paper, we mainly discuss the research progress of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (BMSCs), endometrial stem cells (endometrial stem cells), human embryonic stem cells (human embryonic stem cells) and human umbilical cord stroma mesenchymal stem cells (WJ-MSCs) in the treatment of thin endometrium, and the four kinds of cells used in clinical therapy. The advantages and disadvantages are summarized.
