【摘要】：目的:探討低分子肝素鈉治療復(fù)發(fā)性流產(chǎn)對(duì)前置胎盤及早產(chǎn)的影響。方法:回顧性分析2015年1月至2016年1月就診我院并分娩的孕婦中,符合納入及排除標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的50例有復(fù)發(fā)性流產(chǎn)史的孕婦,予以低分子肝素鈉治療為治療組,既往有復(fù)發(fā)性流產(chǎn)史,未予低分子肝素鈉治療的孕婦50例為對(duì)照組,隨機(jī)選取同期我院正常分娩的孕婦200例為正常組。對(duì)照組給予常規(guī)保胎治療,治療組在對(duì)照組的基礎(chǔ)上給予低分子肝素鈉治療;比較3組病例前置胎盤、產(chǎn)后出血及早產(chǎn)發(fā)生率。結(jié)果:對(duì)照組前置胎盤發(fā)生率(30%)明顯高于治療組(12%),兩者比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);治療組早產(chǎn)發(fā)生率(0)明顯低于對(duì)照組(14%),差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);對(duì)照組前置胎盤、產(chǎn)后出血及早產(chǎn)發(fā)生率均高于正常組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:復(fù)發(fā)性流產(chǎn)患者前置胎盤、產(chǎn)后出血及早產(chǎn)發(fā)生率比正常妊娠孕婦高,應(yīng)用低分子肝素鈉有可能降低復(fù)發(fā)性流產(chǎn)患者前置胎盤和早產(chǎn)的發(fā)生率。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the effect of low molecular weight heparin sodium (LMWH) on placenta previa and premature delivery in recurrent abortion. Methods: from January 2015 to January 2016, 50 pregnant women who met the criteria of inclusion and exclusion were treated with low molecular weight heparin sodium (LMWH) as treatment group. 50 pregnant women who were not treated with low molecular weight heparin sodium as control group and 200 pregnant women in the same period of normal delivery were randomly selected as normal group. The patients in the control group were treated with low-molecular-weight heparin sodium on the basis of the control group, and the incidence of placenta previa, postpartum hemorrhage and premature delivery were compared among the three groups. Results: the incidence of placenta previa in the control group was significantly higher than that in the treatment group (P 0.05), and the incidence of premature delivery in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P 0.05), and the placenta previa in the control group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P 0.05). The incidence of postpartum hemorrhage and premature delivery was higher than that of normal group (P 0.05). Conclusion: the incidence of placenta previa, postpartum hemorrhage and preterm delivery in patients with recurrent abortion is higher than that in normal pregnant women. Low molecular weight heparin sodium may reduce the incidence of placenta previa and preterm delivery in patients with recurrent abortion.
