【摘要】：隨著二代測(cè)序技術(shù)在產(chǎn)前篩查臨床應(yīng)用的開展,國(guó)際上一些有影響力的學(xué)術(shù)組織相繼發(fā)表和不斷更新了關(guān)于該技術(shù)的應(yīng)用指南和共識(shí)。國(guó)家衛(wèi)生計(jì)生委組織專家總結(jié)我國(guó)的無創(chuàng)產(chǎn)前檢測(cè)(NIPT)試點(diǎn)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),結(jié)合國(guó)際國(guó)內(nèi)的臨床研究成果制定了我國(guó)《孕婦外周血胎兒游離DNA產(chǎn)前篩查與診斷技術(shù)規(guī)范》。該技術(shù)規(guī)范主要包括開展孕婦外周血胎兒游離DNA產(chǎn)前篩查與診斷技術(shù)的基本要求、適用范圍、臨床服務(wù)流程、檢測(cè)技術(shù)流程以及質(zhì)量控制指標(biāo)等內(nèi)容。為規(guī)范、有序地在我國(guó)開展該技術(shù)進(jìn)行產(chǎn)前篩查和產(chǎn)前診斷提供了依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:With the development of the second generation sequencing technology in the clinical application of prenatal screening, some influential international academic organizations have published and updated the guidelines and consensus on the application of this technology one after another.The experts of the State Health and Family Planning Commission summarized the experience of non-invasive prenatal testing (NIPT) pilot work in our country, and formulated the Technical Standard of Prenatal screening and diagnosis of Fetal Free DNA in pregnant Women combined with the International and domestic Clinical Research results.The technical specification mainly includes the basic requirements of prenatal screening and diagnosis of fetal free DNA in maternal peripheral blood, the scope of application, the clinical service flow, the technical process of detection and the quality control index, and so on.It provides the basis for standard and orderly development of prenatal screening and prenatal diagnosis in China.
