【摘要】：目的：研究促紅細(xì)胞生成素肝細(xì)胞受體A2（erythropoietin—producinghuman hepatocellular receptor，EphA2）與血管內(nèi)皮生長因子（vascularendothelial growth factor，VEGF）在卵巢癌腹水中的表達(dá)及相關(guān)性。分析卵巢癌腹水中EphA2與VEGF的表達(dá)與臨床病理特征間的關(guān)系。探討EphA2作為新的預(yù)后評(píng)判指標(biāo)及治療靶點(diǎn)的可能性。 方法：收集2011年1月至2013年4月于解放軍總醫(yī)院第一附屬醫(yī)院腫瘤科住院的卵巢癌患者化療前腹水。其中年齡32～60歲。通過4000r/min離心去除顆粒，分離上清液分裝并儲(chǔ)存于-20℃。檢測前取出樣品冰上融化。采用酶聯(lián)免疫吸附（ELISA）技術(shù)檢測卵巢癌腹水中EphA2及VEGF濃度，分析兩者的相關(guān)性及與卵巢癌臨床分期、分化程度、淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移、年齡等臨床病理特征的關(guān)系。 結(jié)果：EphA2和VEGF在腹水中表達(dá)存在正相關(guān)性（P0.05）。EphA2表達(dá)與卵巢癌的臨床分期、分化程度、淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移相關(guān)（P均0.05）, VEGF表達(dá)與卵巢癌的臨床分期、分化程度相關(guān)（P均0.05）, VEGF表達(dá)與卵巢癌的淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移相關(guān)（P0.01）。兩者表達(dá)均與患者年齡無關(guān)（P0.05）。 結(jié)論：EphA2與VEGF在腹水中可能形成相互作用，，對(duì)卵巢癌的發(fā)展、治療及預(yù)后的評(píng)估存在一定價(jià)值。
