【摘要】：目的 探討羊膜腔灌注術(shù)在治療未足月妊娠羊水過少的臨床療效和安全性。方法 選擇未足月妊娠診斷羊水過少的孕婦98例,以其中行羊膜腔灌注術(shù)治療的48例為觀察組、行靜脈補(bǔ)液治療的50例為對照組,比較2組的妊娠結(jié)局、羊水指數(shù)變化及孕齡延長時(shí)間以及新生兒結(jié)局。結(jié)果 觀察組經(jīng)陰道順產(chǎn)比例、治療結(jié)束時(shí)和治療后1周羊水指數(shù)、孕齡延長時(shí)間、孕至35周以上分娩比例及新生兒體質(zhì)量均較對照組增加,新生兒轉(zhuǎn)入ICU比例較對照組低(P均0.05);2組胎兒畸形檢出率、活產(chǎn)兒比例以及胎膜早破、羊水混濁、新生兒窒息比例比較差異均無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P均0.05)。結(jié)論 羊膜腔灌注術(shù)可有效增加未足月妊娠羊水過少孕婦的羊水指數(shù)、延長孕齡,安全性高。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the efficacy and safety of amniotic cavity perfusion in the treatment of oligohydramnios during term pregnancy.Methods 98 pregnant women with oligohydramnios diagnosed by non-term pregnancy were selected, 48 of them were treated with amniotic fluid perfusion and 50 were treated with intravenous fluid replacement. The pregnancy outcomes of the two groups were compared.Changes in amniotic fluid index, prolonged gestational age and neonatal outcome.Results the ratio of vaginal delivery, the amniotic fluid index at the end of treatment and one week after treatment, the prolonged gestational age, the proportion of delivery over 35 weeks of pregnancy and the body weight of newborn increased in the observation group as compared with those in the control group.There was no significant difference in the rate of fetal malformation, the proportion of live infants, premature rupture of membranes, opacity of amniotic fluid and neonatal asphyxia in the two groups compared with the control group (P < 0.05).Conclusion amniotic fluid perfusion can effectively increase the amniotic fluid index of oligohydramnios pregnant women without term pregnancy and prolong the gestational age.
