【摘要】：正一、病例摘要例1:患者46歲,因檢查發(fā)現(xiàn)左腎積水2年余于2013年5月27日入吉林大學(xué)第一醫(yī)院泌尿外科。月經(jīng)規(guī)律,有痛經(jīng)及經(jīng)期腰疼,孕1產(chǎn)1,查體無(wú)異常。查CT:左側(cè)腎盂輸尿管擴(kuò)張,走行至輸尿管末端、子宮左旁顯示不清,局部管腔密度增高。腎動(dòng)態(tài):右腎=77.91 ml/min,左腎=22.3 ml/min。于2013年5月29日行左側(cè)輸尿管鏡下雙
[Abstract]:Case 1: 46 years old, who was admitted to urology department of the first Hospital of Jilin University on May 27, 2013 because he was found to have left hydronephrosis for more than 2 years.Menstrual regularity, dysmenorrhea and menstrual pain, pregnancy 1 1, no abnormal physical examination.CTS: left renal pelvis and ureter dilated, followed to the end of the ureter, the left side of uterus was not clear and the density of local lumen was increased.Renal dynamics: right kidney: 77.91 ml / min, left kidney 22.3 ml / min.Double ureteroscopy on 29 May 2013
