【摘要】：研究背景:乙型肝炎是目前世界上廣泛流行的傳染病,據(jù)估計全球至少有20億人曾感染過乙型肝炎病毒(hepatitis B virus,HBV),約4億HBsAg攜帶者,每年大約有100萬人死于HBV相關(guān)疾病。我國是HBV感染的高發(fā)區(qū),HBsAg檢出率約10%,長期攜帶病毒易發(fā)展為肝硬化(hepatic cirrhosis,HC)及肝癌,嚴(yán)重威脅人民的健康。研究證實(shí)宮內(nèi)感染是高發(fā)區(qū)的主要傳播形式,一旦發(fā)生且極容易慢性化,并最終將有較大比率發(fā)展為HC、肝癌。因此探討HBV宮內(nèi)傳播的主要影響因素對于乙型肝炎的防治將有重要意義。 目的:探討影響HBV宮內(nèi)傳播的危險因素。 方法: (1) Meta分析方法:以“宮內(nèi)感染、新生兒、危險因素和乙型肝炎;intrauterine transmission,risk factor,hepatitis B”為關(guān)鍵詞對中國生物醫(yī)學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)庫和MEDLINE進(jìn)行檢索。我們對母親HBVDNA或HBeAg陽性、新生兒HBeAg陽性、生產(chǎn)方式、先兆流
[Abstract]:Background: hepatitis B is currently popular in the world of infectious diseases, it is estimated at least 2 billion people worldwide have been infected with hepatitis B virus (hepatitis B, virus, HBV), about 400 million HBsAg carriers, about 1 million people died of HBV related diseases every year. China's HBV infection rate is high, the detection rate of about HBsAg 10%, the long-term virus is easy to develop to liver cirrhosis (hepatic cirrhosis, HC) and liver cancer, a serious threat to people's health. The study confirmed that intrauterine infection is the main form of communication in high incidence area, once occurred but easy to chronicity, and eventually there will be a large ratio for the development of HC, liver cancer. Therefore discusses the main influencing factors of HBV intrauterine transmission for the prevention and treatment of hepatitis B will have important significance.
Objective: To investigate the risk factors affecting the intrauterine transmission of HBV.
Method:
