【摘要】：目的分析廣東省計劃生育�？漆t(yī)院人類精子庫出于"生殖保險"目的的自精保存狀況。方法對2003年6月至2016年6月期間出于"生殖保險"目的進行自精保存者行回顧性分析,內(nèi)容包括生殖保險人數(shù)和原因、冷凍前后精液參數(shù)、自精保存者年齡、臨床應用。根據(jù)生殖保險目的不同分為以備將來生育組;腫瘤放、化療前組;夫妻兩地分居組;絕育手術(shù)前組;乙型肝炎等疾病藥物治療前組。結(jié)果 13年間,共有347人出于"生殖保險"目的進行自精保存,年齡14~55(28.4±6.93)歲,自精保存者人數(shù)呈現(xiàn)逐年增長的趨勢。自精保存者中放、化療前腫瘤患者占82.99%,共有288人。復蘇后均見活動精子,活動精子總數(shù)能滿足輔助生殖技術(shù)要求。進行自精保存的人群大多數(shù)年齡集中于20~40歲的生育年齡段。共有15名自精保存者使用了凍存精液實施輔助生殖治療,6人僅采用夫精人工授精(AIH),3人采用AIH+體外受精-胚胎移植術(shù)(IVF-ET),6人直接采用IVFET。其中AIH臨床妊娠2人(2/6),IVF-ET臨床妊娠4人(4/6),共有6人成功妊娠(6/15)。13年間共有3名自精保存者放棄存精,銷毀了凍存精液。結(jié)論出于"生殖保險"目的進行自精保存者以腫瘤放、化療前患者為主,其中又以睪丸腫瘤及淋巴瘤患者居多。"生殖保險"能有效保存男性生育力,也能獲得比較滿意的臨床妊娠結(jié)局,對男性腫瘤患者進行治療前"生殖保險"宣傳,將更有利于放、化療前患者生育力的保存。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the status of human sperm bank fine save from Guangzhou Family Planning Specialty Hospital for "reproductive insurance" purpose. The conclusion for the "reproductive insurance" objective fine saves to cancer patients before chemotherapy, and the patients with testicular cancer and lymphoma. The majority of "reproductive insurance" can effectively preserve male fertility, can obtain satisfactory clinical outcome of pregnancy, the male cancer patients before treatment of "reproductive insurance" propaganda, will be more conducive to the release of chemotherapy The preservation of the fertility of the former patient.
