【摘要】：目的研究血清CA125和HE4聯(lián)合檢測卵巢癌患者的臨床意義。方法檢測2012年1月-2014年9月安徽省立醫(yī)院收治的53例卵巢癌患者、31例卵巢良性腫瘤、48例子宮內(nèi)膜異位癥,另外34例健康女性為對照組,分析比較各組CA125、HE4及二者聯(lián)合檢測的敏感性和特異性。結(jié)果卵巢癌組血清CA125及HE4水平高于其余三組(P0.05),CA125的敏感性比HE4高(82.7%、62.2%),HE4的特異性比CA125高(93.2%、57.7%),而HE4聯(lián)合CA125的敏感性、特異性分別為(90.6%、88.2%)。HE4、CA125及HE4+CA125的ROC-AUC分別為0.89、0.837、0.89。結(jié)論 CA125、HE4聯(lián)合檢測可提高診斷卵巢癌的敏感性和特異性,指導(dǎo)臨床方案有一定意義。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the clinical significance of combined detection of serum CA125 and HE4 in patients with ovarian cancer.Methods from January 2012 to September 2014, 53 patients with ovarian cancer were treated in Anhui Provincial Hospital. There were 31 cases of benign ovarian tumor and 48 cases of endometriosis, and 34 healthy women as control group.The sensitivity and specificity of CA125 HE4 and their combined detection were analyzed and compared.Conclusion the combined detection of CA125 and HE4 can improve the sensitivity and specificity of diagnosis of ovarian cancer.
