【摘要】：雙胎妊娠的產(chǎn)前篩查和產(chǎn)前診斷與單胎比較其準(zhǔn)確性差,咨詢難度大。雙胎妊娠的絨毛膜性診斷是雙胎妊娠產(chǎn)前篩查的關(guān)鍵基礎(chǔ),目前不推薦對(duì)于雙胎妊娠進(jìn)行唐氏綜合征的血清學(xué)篩查,而需要重視雙胎妊娠早孕期的超聲軟指標(biāo)篩查以及其他的結(jié)構(gòu)篩查。無創(chuàng)產(chǎn)前篩查的方法對(duì)雙胎妊娠有一定的篩查意義。高危孕婦采取介入性診斷技術(shù)進(jìn)行染色體異常的檢查時(shí),對(duì)于單卵雙胎妊娠建議進(jìn)行1個(gè)胎兒的采樣,而雙卵雙胎則需要分別采樣,如為胎兒結(jié)構(gòu)異常則無論其絨毛膜性均需要進(jìn)行分別采樣。雙胎妊娠的介入性診斷流產(chǎn)率略高于單胎妊娠,手術(shù)前需要對(duì)孕婦及家屬充分地知情告知。
[Abstract]:The accuracy of prenatal screening and prenatal diagnosis of twin pregnancy is lower than that of single pregnancy.The chorionic diagnosis of twin pregnancy is the key basis of prenatal screening of twin pregnancy. At present, it is not recommended to carry out serological screening for Down's syndrome in twin pregnancy.Attention should be paid to ultrasonic soft index screening and other structural screening during early pregnancy of twin pregnancy.The method of non-invasive prenatal screening has certain significance for screening twin pregnancy.When high-risk pregnant women use interventional diagnostic techniques to detect chromosome abnormalities, it is recommended that one fetus should be sampled for single egg twin pregnancy, and two egg twins should be sampled separately.If the fetal structure is abnormal, the chorionic villi need to be sampled separately.The interventional diagnosis abortion rate of twin pregnancy is slightly higher than that of single pregnancy. The pregnant women and their families should be informed before operation.
