【摘要】：目的分析經(jīng)陰道手術(shù)治療剖宮產(chǎn)術(shù)后子宮瘢痕妊娠(CSP)療效。方法選取2013年2月~2016年2月本院收治的CSP患者30例為研究對(duì)象,對(duì)照組子宮動(dòng)脈栓塞術(shù)治療,研究組經(jīng)陰道手術(shù)治療,對(duì)比兩組患者手術(shù)前、手術(shù)后48 h血β-HCG水平變化情況及恢復(fù)正常所需時(shí)間、住院時(shí)間。結(jié)果術(shù)后48 h兩組患者血β-HCG均顯著下降,研究組下降情況優(yōu)于對(duì)照組,且恢復(fù)正常所需時(shí)間、住院時(shí)間均顯著短于對(duì)照組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論經(jīng)陰道手術(shù)治療CSP療效好、患者術(shù)后恢復(fù)快、住院時(shí)間短,臨床推廣應(yīng)用價(jià)值高。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the effect of transvaginal operation on uterine scar pregnancy (CSP) after cesarean section.Methods from February 2013 to February 2016, 30 patients with CSP in our hospital were selected as study subjects. Uterine artery embolization was performed in control group and vaginal operation was performed in study group.The change of serum 尾-HCG level and the time needed to return to normal at 48 h after operation and the time of hospitalization.Results the serum 尾 -HCG decreased significantly in the two groups 48 h after operation. The decrease of 尾 -HCG in the study group was better than that in the control group, and the time needed to return to normal and the hospitalization time were significantly shorter than those in the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P 0.05).Conclusion Transvaginal operation is effective in treating CSP, quick recovery, short hospital stay and high clinical application value.
