【摘要】：目的探討Clusterin和E-cadherin在宮頸鱗癌組織中的表達(dá)及其相關(guān)性。方法采用免疫組織化學(xué)染色法,檢測(cè)18例正常宮頸組織、32例宮頸上皮內(nèi)瘤變(CIN)組織以及40例宮頸鱗狀細(xì)胞癌(CSC)組織中Clusterin和E-cadherin的表達(dá)。結(jié)果 3組患者的基線資料差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。宮頸鱗癌、CIN2、CIN3中Clusterin的表達(dá)均高于正常宮頸組織(P0.05)。Clusterin在Ⅰ級(jí)宮頸鱗癌中的表達(dá)低于Ⅲ級(jí)(P0.01),并與臨床分期有關(guān)(P0.05),而與淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移、癌灶浸潤(rùn)間質(zhì)深度無(wú)關(guān)(P0.05)。E-cadherin在宮頸鱗癌及CIN2、CIN3中的表達(dá)均低于正常宮頸組織(P0.05)。E-cadherin在Ⅰ級(jí)、Ⅱ級(jí)宮頸鱗癌中的表達(dá)均高于Ⅲ級(jí)(P0.05),并與淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移有關(guān)(P0.05),而與臨床分期、癌灶浸潤(rùn)間質(zhì)深度無(wú)關(guān)(P0.05)。宮頸鱗癌組織中Clusterin和E-cadherin的表達(dá)呈負(fù)相關(guān)(r=-0.339,P0.05)。結(jié)論 Clusterin的高表達(dá)與E-cadherin的低表達(dá)可能與宮頸鱗癌的發(fā)生有關(guān),聯(lián)合檢測(cè)二者的表達(dá)可能對(duì)宮頸鱗癌的早期診斷具有潛在的臨床價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the expression and correlation of Clusterin and E-cadherin in cervical squamous cell carcinoma. Methods immunohistochemical staining, detection of 18 cases of normal cervical tissue, 32 cases of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN) tissues and 40 cases of cervical squamous cell carcinoma (CSC) expression of Clusterin and E-cadherin in the tissue. Results there was no significant baseline the data between the 3 groups. Cervical squamous cell carcinoma, CIN2, expression of CIN3 in Clusterin was higher than that of normal cervical tissues (P0.05) expression of.Clusterin in cervical squamous cell carcinoma was lower than that of grade III (P0.01), and correlated with the clinical stage (P0.05), and with lymph node metastasis, tumor infiltration depth (P0.05).E-cadherin in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and the expression of CIN2, CIN3 were lower than that of normal cervical tissues (P0.05).E-cadherin in grade I, grade II expression in cervical squamous cell carcinoma was higher than that of grade III (P0.05), and lymph node metastasis (P0.05) and, With the clinical stage, tumor infiltration depth (P0.05). Clusterin was negatively correlated with the expression of E-cadherin in cervical squamous cell carcinoma (r=-0.339, P0.05). The low expression and high E-cadherin expression results of Clusterin may be related to the occurrence of cervical squamous cell carcinoma, the expression of the two combined detection may have potential clinical value early diagnosis of cervical squamous cell carcinoma.
