【摘要】：目的：觀察消積沖劑治療濕熱瘀阻型子宮內(nèi)膜異位癥的臨床療效,并檢測外周血CA125、EMMAb及血清VEGF的變化,探討消積沖劑治療子宮內(nèi)膜異位癥的作用機理。 方法：將本研究符合濕熱瘀阻型子宮內(nèi)膜異位癥的56例患者,隨機分為兩組：治療組30例,口服消積沖劑；對照組26例,口服散結鎮(zhèn)痛膠囊。觀察治療前后患者的癥狀及體征的改善情況,檢測治療前后患者的血清CA125、EMAb及VEGF的變化情況。 結果：治療組30例,總有效率80%；對照組26例,總有效率76.9%。治療組與對照組比較差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。兩組治療后患者的痛經(jīng)、非經(jīng)期盆腔痛疼痛程度降低,性交痛陽性率下降,組內(nèi)比較均有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。兩組治療后患者的囊腫縮小,組內(nèi)比較有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。兩組治療后患者的血清CA125下降,組內(nèi)比較有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05),治療前后組間比較無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。兩組治療后患者的血清VEGF下降,組內(nèi)比較有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05),治療前后組間比較無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。兩組治療前后患者的血清EMAb組內(nèi)比較有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。 結論：消積沖劑是治療子宮內(nèi)膜異位癥的安全、有效的藥物,它可以明顯緩解患者的癥狀及體征,降低血清CA125,促使EMAb轉陰,調(diào)節(jié)患者的免疫功能,降低血清VEGF,減少異位病灶形成。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of Xiaoji granule in treating endometriosis of damp-heat stasis type, and to detect the changes of serum VEGF and CA125 VEGF, and to explore the mechanism of Xiaoji granule in treating endometriosis.Methods: 56 patients with endometriosis of damp-heat stasis type were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group (n = 30) and control group (n = 26).To observe the improvement of symptoms and signs before and after treatment, and to detect the changes of serum CA125 Emab and VEGF before and after treatment.Results: the total effective rate was 80% in the treatment group (30 cases) and 76. 9% in the control group (26 cases).There was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group (P 0.05).After treatment, the degree of dysmenorrhea, non-menstrual pelvic pain and the positive rate of coitus pain were decreased in the two groups, and there was significant difference between the two groups (P 0.05).The cysts of the two groups were reduced after treatment, and there was significant difference between the two groups (P 0.05).The serum CA125 of the two groups decreased after treatment, there was significant difference between the two groups (P 0.05), but there was no significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment (P 0.05).The serum VEGF of the two groups decreased after treatment, there was significant difference between the two groups (P 0.05), but there was no significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment (P 0.05).There was significant difference in serum EMAb between the two groups before and after treatment (P 0.05).Conclusion: Xiaoji granule is a safe and effective drug for the treatment of endometriosis. It can obviously relieve the symptoms and signs of the patients, reduce the serum CA125, promote the conversion of EMAb to negative, and regulate the immune function of the patients.Reduce serum VEGF and ectopic lesion formation.
