【摘要】：目的:評價宮腔鏡介導(dǎo)下清宮術(shù)治療剖宮產(chǎn)疤痕妊娠(cesarean scar pregnancy,CSP)的治療效果。方法:通過檢索PubMed、CNKI、維普中文科技期刊數(shù)據(jù)庫和萬方數(shù)據(jù)庫,納入有關(guān)宮腔鏡介導(dǎo)下清宮術(shù)(觀察組)及B超引導(dǎo)下清宮術(shù)(對照組)治療剖宮產(chǎn)疤痕妊娠的臨床研究,評價納入研究的偏倚風(fēng)險,并使用Revman5.3軟件對納入研究所提取數(shù)據(jù)進行Meta分析。結(jié)果:共納入5項研究,含282例病例。Meta分析結(jié)果顯示:觀察組的手術(shù)時間、住院天數(shù)、術(shù)后血HCG恢復(fù)時間及月經(jīng)恢復(fù)天數(shù)均短于對照組,觀察組的術(shù)中出血量明顯少于對照組,z(u)檢驗提示有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P≤0.05)。結(jié)論:當患者生命征平穩(wěn)、妊娠囊向?qū)m內(nèi)生長及其種植部位肌層厚度2mm時,選用宮腔鏡介導(dǎo)下清宮術(shù)治療剖宮產(chǎn)疤痕妊娠是有效的。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the effect of hysteroscopy on cesarean scar pregnancyn (CSP) in the treatment of cesarean scar pregnancy.Methods: through searching the CNKI database, Weipu Chinese scientific and technological journal database and Wanfang database, we included the clinical study of hysteroscopy mediated hysteroscopy (observation group) and B-ultrasound guided uterine cleaning (control group) in the treatment of cesarean scar pregnancy.The bias risk of inclusion study was evaluated and Meta analysis was performed using Revman5.3 software.Results: a total of 5 studies were included, including 282 cases. Meta-analysis showed that the operation time, hospital stay, postoperative HCG recovery time and menstrual recovery time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group.The amount of intraoperative bleeding in the observation group was significantly less than that in the control group (P 鈮，
