【摘要】：正產(chǎn)科麻醉及分娩鎮(zhèn)痛是當(dāng)代產(chǎn)科熱點(diǎn)話題,國(guó)內(nèi)外均有大量研究及臨床實(shí)踐,如何規(guī)范產(chǎn)科麻醉及分娩鎮(zhèn)痛值得每一位產(chǎn)科醫(yī)護(hù)人員思考。2017年4月,美國(guó)婦產(chǎn)科醫(yī)師協(xié)會(huì)頒布了"2017產(chǎn)科鎮(zhèn)痛和麻醉實(shí)踐指南"~([1]),該指南更新了該協(xié)會(huì)早在2002年、2004年、2006年及2007年頒布的相關(guān)指南及專(zhuān)家共識(shí),回顧了分娩期間常用的鎮(zhèn)痛和麻醉藥物,但是沒(méi)有提及非藥物鎮(zhèn)痛,如按摩、水療、針灸、放松、催眠等輔助方
[Abstract]:Obstetrical anaesthesia and labor analgesia are hot topics in modern obstetrics. There are a lot of research and clinical practice at home and abroad. How to standardize obstetric anesthesia and labor analgesia is worth thinking by every obstetrics and nurses.The American Association of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists has issued the 2017 Guide to Obstetric Analgesia and Anesthesia ([1]), which updates the guidelines and expert consensus issued by the Association as early as 2002, 2004, 2006 and 2007 to review the analgesia and narcotic drugs commonly used during childbirth,But there is no mention of non-drug analgesia, such as massage, spa, acupuncture, relaxation, hypnosis, and so on.
