【摘要】：目的探討性激素檢驗在不孕癥臨床診斷中的應用價值。方法選取商丘市第一人民醫(yī)院核醫(yī)學科2015年11月-2016年11月期間檢測的不孕癥患者50例血清樣本結果作為觀察組,選取同期在本科進行檢測的50例健康女性血清樣本結果為對照組,對所有受檢者雌二醇(E2)、孕酮(P)、睪酮(T)、黃體生成激素(LH)、卵泡生成激素(FSH)和催乳激素(PRL)進行檢測。比較兩組性激素水平。結果兩組E2和P水平,差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);對照組T、LH、FSH和PRL水平明顯低于觀察組,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結論性激素檢驗在不孕癥臨床診斷中具有重要的診斷價值,能有效提高不孕癥診斷率,為臨床治療提供重要的參考價值。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the value of sex hormone test in the clinical diagnosis of infertility. Methods 50 serum samples of infertile patients from November 2015 to November 2016 were selected as observation group. The serum samples of 50 healthy women who were tested in the same period were used as the control group. Estradiol estradiol (E2), progesterone (P), testosterone (T), luteinizing hormone (LH), follicle forming hormone (FSH) and prolactin (PRL) were detected in all subjects. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P 0.05), while the levels of PRL and TSH in the control group were significantly lower than those in the observation group (P 0.05). Conclusion Sex hormone test has an important diagnostic value in the clinical diagnosis of infertility and can effectively improve the diagnosis rate of infertility. To provide important reference value for clinical treatment.
