【摘要】：目的評價(jià)坤泰膠囊與激素療法(MHT)治療圍絕經(jīng)期綜合征的經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)基礎(chǔ)。方法查找2000~2015年發(fā)表的有關(guān)坤泰膠囊和MHT治療圍絕經(jīng)期綜合征的隨機(jī)對照試驗(yàn)(RCT)文獻(xiàn)。按照Cochrane系統(tǒng)評價(jià)方法進(jìn)行篩選,采用Revman 5.3軟件進(jìn)行Meta分析,研究兩藥的臨床有效率、安全性和成本情況。結(jié)果 1坤泰膠囊治療圍絕經(jīng)期綜合征臨床有效率高于激素(P0.05);2坤泰膠囊治療圍絕經(jīng)期綜合征安全性優(yōu)于激素(P0.05);3臨床有效率每升高1個(gè)百分點(diǎn)坤泰膠囊所需費(fèi)用15.2元,激素所需費(fèi)用12.5元。結(jié)論較激素而言,坤泰膠囊治療圍絕經(jīng)期綜合征有效率高、安全性好,臨床可酌情運(yùn)用。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the economic basis of Kuntai capsule and hormone therapy (MHT) in the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome.Methods A randomized controlled trial of Kuntai capsule and MHT in the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome was published from 2000 to 2015.The clinical effective rate, safety and cost of the two drugs were studied by Revman 5.3 software and Meta analysis according to the Cochrane system evaluation method.Results 1 the clinical effective rate of Kun Tai capsule in the treatment of peri-menopausal syndrome was higher than that in the treatment of peri-menopausal syndrome by steroid P0.05TX 2 Kun Tai capsule, which was better than that in the treatment of peri-menopausal syndrome by Kundai capsule, which cost 15.2 yuan for each increase of 1 percentage point of Kuntai capsule.The cost of hormone is 12. 5 yuan.Conclusion compared with hormone, Kun Tai capsule is effective and safe in the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome.
