【摘要】：目的探討對于青春期先天性陰道閉鎖合并有正常子宮患者,采用腹腔鏡手術(shù)輔助治療,保留生育及生殖功能的可行性。方法回顧我科2008年2月至2015年12月收治的21例青春期先天性陰道閉鎖合并有正常子宮患者病例及隨訪資料,均采用腹腔鏡輔助下的游離切斷部分盆底韌帶及人工陰道前庭結(jié)合的方法進(jìn)行治療。分析患者基本手術(shù)情況、月經(jīng)來潮、性生活等情況。結(jié)果本組患者中Ⅰ型陰道閉鎖12例,Ⅱ型陰道閉鎖9例,患者在腹腔鏡輔助下完成手術(shù),均保留子宮成功。平均手術(shù)時間67.1(44~129)min,術(shù)中平均出血67.4(20~200)m L,術(shù)后平均住院時間6.4(4~11)d,無損傷膀胱、直腸等手術(shù)并發(fā)癥。術(shù)后隨訪患者19例,2例失訪,隨訪時間為4~62個月。19例患者均月經(jīng)來潮,4例患者(1例先天性陰道完全閉鎖,3例先天性陰道中下段閉鎖)術(shù)后性生活滿意。結(jié)論青春期先天性陰道閉鎖合并有正常子宮患者的治療方法棘手有限,腹腔鏡輔助下的手術(shù)治療有望成為治療的有效方法之一。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of laparoscopy on the treatment of pubertal congenital vaginal atresia complicated with normal uterus. Methods from February 2008 to December 2015, 21 cases of congenital vaginal atresia complicated with normal uterus were retrospectively reviewed. All patients were treated with laparoscopically assisted partial pelvic floor ligament amputation and artificial vagina vestibule. The basic operation, menstrual onset and sexual life were analyzed.
