【摘要】：目的 S探討血清半肌氨酸蛋白酶抑制劑C(Cys-C)與同型半胱氨酸(HCY)在婦妊娠高血壓綜合征(PIH)患者的表達及臨床意義。方法 94例PIH患者為觀察組,其中輕度39例,中度31例,重度24例;正常妊娠產(chǎn)婦94例為對照組。對比各組Hcy、Cys-C水平。結(jié)果觀察組血清Cys-C、HCY水平均高于對照組(P0.05),重度高于輕、中度,中度高于輕度(P0.05);血清Cys-C、Hcy水平與PIH患者患病程呈明顯正相關(guān)(P0.05)。結(jié)論血清Cys-C、HCY水平與PIH患病程度呈明顯正相關(guān),有助于PIH的早期鑒別。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the expression and clinical significance of serum cytomycin inhibitor Cy Cys-Cand homocysteine cysteine in women with pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome (PIH). Methods 94 patients with PIH were selected as the observation group, 39 patients were mild and 31 patients were moderate. There were 24 cases of severe pregnancy and 94 cases of normal pregnant women as control group. The levels of Hcyn Cys-C were compared in each group. Results the serum levels of Cys-Cn HCY in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P 0.05), and in the severe group were higher than those in the mild and moderate groups. The level of serum Cys-Cn Hcy was positively correlated with the course of PIH. Conclusion the level of serum Cys-Cn Hcy is positively correlated with the severity of PIH, which is helpful for the early differential diagnosis of PIH.
