【摘要】：隨著我國"二孩"政策的全面開放,高齡不孕夫婦助孕比例呈爆發(fā)式增長。然而,高齡夫婦助孕風險較高、成功率低下,出生子代的生理和心理健康等問題尤為突出,且遺傳風險對人口素質(zhì)的影響有待進一步追蹤。因此,高齡助孕需慎重選擇。
[Abstract]:With the full opening of the "two-child" policy in China, the proportion of assisted pregnancies of elderly infertile couples has increased explosively. However, the risk of assisted pregnancy is high, the success rate is low, and the physical and mental health problems of the offspring are particularly prominent. The influence of genetic risk on population quality needs to be further tracked.
