【摘要】：正子宮肌瘤自發(fā)性破裂臨床罕見,原因多為子宮肌瘤直徑大于10 cm、靜脈充血、動脈壓升高、提重物等腹壓增加、子宮肌瘤表面動靜脈血管破裂等~([1-4])。亦有子宮肌瘤變性自發(fā)破裂的報(bào)道~([5-6])。子宮肌瘤破裂可導(dǎo)致腹腔內(nèi)出血,常以急腹癥為首發(fā)癥狀,若不及時(shí)診治,可危及生命。卒中性平滑肌瘤是臨床上極少見的一種特殊類型的子宮肌
[Abstract]:Spontaneous rupture of positive uterine leiomyoma is rare, most of the reasons are hysteromyoma diameter > 10 cm, venous hyperemia, increased arterial pressure, increased abdominal pressure such as lifting weight. Rupture of arteriovenous vessels on the surface of uterine leiomyoma [1-4] .There are also reports of spontaneous rupture of uterine myoma degeneration ([5-6]). Rupture of uterine leiomyoma can lead to intraperitoneal hemorrhage, often with acute abdomen as the first symptom, if not diagnosed in time. Stroke-neutral leiomyoma is a special type of uterine muscle rarely seen in clinic.
