【摘要】：目的:觀察芬太尼透皮貼用于子宮腺肌癥患者經(jīng)期的鎮(zhèn)痛效果。方法:將48例以嚴(yán)重痛經(jīng)為主要臨床癥狀的子宮腺肌癥患者隨機(jī)分為治療組和對(duì)照組,前者采用芬太尼透皮貼鎮(zhèn)痛;后者使用芬必得,均于月經(jīng)來潮前3d開始用藥至月經(jīng)d3,共治療3個(gè)月經(jīng)周期。采用視覺模擬評(píng)分(VAS)法評(píng)價(jià)鎮(zhèn)痛效果,同時(shí)記錄治療副反應(yīng)。結(jié)果:2種方法對(duì)于子宮腺肌癥重度痛經(jīng)患者均有明顯效果,但治療組患者每療程后VAS評(píng)分均較對(duì)照組低;且隨著療程增加,對(duì)照組鎮(zhèn)痛效果逐漸減弱,治療組鎮(zhèn)痛效果無減退。結(jié)論:芬太尼透皮貼可以有效緩解子宮腺肌癥患者痛經(jīng)癥狀,簡便易行,無明顯不良反應(yīng),適合臨床推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective: To observe the analgesic effect of transdermal fentanyl for menstruating women with adenomyosis. Methods: 48 cases with severe dysmenorrhea were the main symptoms of the patients with adenomyosis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, the former transdermal analgesia with fentanyl; the latter were using Fenbid, before menstruation began to 3D use D3 to menstruation, were treated for 3 menstrual cycles. Using visual analogue scale (VAS) method to evaluate the analgesic effect and side effects of the therapy and recorded. Results: 2 methods for adenomyosis dysmenorrhea patients had obvious effect, but the treatment group patients with VAS score after each course of treatment was lower than the control group; and with the the control group treatment increased the analgesic effect gradually weakened, the analgesic effect of the treatment group was not decreased. Conclusion: transdermal fentanyl can effectively alleviate the symptoms of dysmenorrhea in patients with adenomyosis, simple, no obvious adverse reaction, suitable for clinical Guangzhou.
