【摘要】：目的本研究旨在調查分析青島地區(qū)婦女人乳頭瘤病毒感染的特點,以及HPV感染與婦女宮頸病變的關系,為該地區(qū)婦女宮頸病變的防治提供依據(jù)。 方法對青島市婦女兒童醫(yī)院婦科門診2012年8月到2014年3月收集的793例宮頸拭子樣本進行HPV分型檢測。793例進行HPV檢測的患者中有285例后期對宮頸可疑病變部位進行了組織病理學活檢。對793例標本中檢測出HPV亞型分布進行分析,并對285例患者的HPV感染情況和組織病理學結果進行對比分析。 結果在檢測的793例標本中HPV陽性標本338例,陽性率為42.62%,檢測到24種HPV亞型。其中單一HPV感染250例,占感染者的73.96%；雙重感染68例,占20.12%；三重感染17例,占4.47%；四重感染3例,占0.89%。各種HPV亞型檢出次數(shù)前五位的是HPV16. HPV58、HPV52、HPV56、HPV33,五種亞型在各種陽性亞型的檢出率分別是HPV16C24.50%),HPV58(12.92%), HPV52(9.35%), HPV56(9.35%),HPV33(6.01%)。在發(fā)生宮頸病變的患者中隨著病變級別的增高HPV的檢出率明顯增高，，CINⅠ級62.96%(35/54),CIN Ⅱ級78.38%(29/37),CINIⅢ級97.22%(35/36),Ca100%(8/8)。 結論①HPV16、58、52、56、33是青島地區(qū)婦女感染居前五位的主要HPV亞型。②青島地區(qū)婦女感染的HPV亞型的分布與國內地區(qū)具有相似性和差異性。③在發(fā)生宮頸病變的患者中隨著病變級別的增高HPV的檢出率明顯增高。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate and analyze the characteristics of human papillomavirus (HPV) infection in women in Qingdao and the relationship between HPV infection and cervical lesions in order to provide evidence for the prevention and treatment of cervical lesions in women in Qingdao. Methods from August 2012 to March 2014, 793 samples of cervical swabs collected from gynecological outpatient department of Qingdao Women's and Children's Hospital were detected by HPV typing. 285 of 793 patients with HPV were included in suspected cervical lesions in late stage. Histopathological biopsy was performed. The distribution of HPV subtypes in 793 specimens was analyzed. The results of HPV infection and histopathology in 285 patients were compared and analyzed. Results of the 793 samples, 338 were positive for HPV, the positive rate was 42.62 and 24 HPV subtypes were detected. Among them, 250 cases were single HPV infection (73.96%), 68 cases were double infection (20.12g), 17 cases were triple infection (4.47%), and 3 cases were quadruple infection. The first five HPV subtypes were HPV16. HPV58, HPV52, HPV56, HPV33, the positive rates of the five subtypes were HPV16C24.50, HPV5812.92, HPV529.35, HPV569.355.The detection rate of HPV in patients with cervical lesions increased significantly with the increase of pathological grade of cervix cervix.
