分層次護(hù)理對(duì)婦科惡性腫瘤患者生活質(zhì)量的影響

Objective To explore the effect of duty-based position and graduation nursing method on the quality of life in gynecologic cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy so as to improve their quality of life. Methods 200 cases from Mar. 2004 to Oct. 2006 were selected and the nursing methods of duty-based position and graduation were applied on them. Before and after the application of the new nursing method, the patients’ quality of life was investigated by using a questionnaire of Quality of Life Questionnaire-Core. Result There was significant difference in the patients’ quality of life before and after the application of duty-based position and graduation nursing(all P 0.05). Conclusion Application of duty-based position and graduation nursing method can help to increase the quality of life in patients with gynecologic cancers.
