【摘要】：目的檢測(cè)子癇前期孕婦血清以及胎盤組織中ITGB1的表達(dá)中并探討其臨床意義。方法選取輕度子癇前期以及重度子癇前期孕婦各50例,另選擇與其相匹配的正常孕婦50例作為對(duì)照組,運(yùn)用熒光定量PCR技術(shù)檢測(cè)ITGB在胎盤以及血清中的表達(dá)變化。Pearson相關(guān)性分析正常孕婦以及子癇孕婦的ITGB1的相關(guān)性,探討血清ITGB1的表達(dá)與臨床癥狀的相關(guān)性以及預(yù)測(cè)價(jià)值。結(jié)果子癇前期患者中血清以及胎盤組織中的ITGB1均明顯高表達(dá),子癇前期患者與正常孕婦中ITGB1的表達(dá)呈正相關(guān)(P=0.011)。血清ITGB1的表達(dá)量與患者的收縮壓、舒張壓、24 h尿蛋白以及眼底血管疾病呈正相關(guān)。血清ITGB1作為子癇的診斷曲線下面積為0.751,特異度為81%和靈敏度為75%。結(jié)論 ITGB1參與到子癇的發(fā)生發(fā)展過(guò)程中并且與臨床癥狀呈正相關(guān),血清ITGB1的表達(dá)可作為預(yù)測(cè)子癇的發(fā)生,具有良好的預(yù)測(cè)價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Objective to detect the expression of ITGB1 in serum and placenta of preeclampsia pregnant women and to explore its clinical significance. Methods 50 cases of mild preeclampsia and 50 cases of severe preeclampsia were selected. Another 50 normal pregnant women were selected as control group. The expression of ITGB in placenta and serum was detected by fluorescence quantitative PCR. Pearson correlation was used to analyze the correlation of ITGB1 in normal pregnant women and eclampsia pregnant women. To investigate the correlation between the expression of serum ITGB1 and clinical symptoms and its predictive value. Results the expression of ITGB1 in serum and placenta of preeclampsia patients was significantly higher than that in patients with preeclampsia. There was a positive correlation between the expression of ITGB1 in preeclampsia patients and normal pregnant women. The expression of serum ITGB1 was correlated with systolic blood pressure (SBP) in patients with preeclampsia. The area under the diagnostic curve of serum ITGB1 for eclampsia was 0.751, the specificity was 81% and the sensitivity was 75.Conclusion ITGB1 is involved in the occurrence and development of eclampsia and is closely related to the onset and development of eclampsia. Bed symptoms were positively correlated, The expression of serum ITGB1 can be used as a predictor of eclampsia.
