【摘要】：目的:研究處理前精液參數(shù)與宮腔內人工授精(IUI)妊娠率的關系。方法:回顧性分析我院生殖科284個IUI周期,參考WHO第5版精液參數(shù)下限,將處理前丈夫精液如下分組:禁欲時間(3 d、3~5d、5 d)、黏稠度(正常黏稠、高度黏稠)、p H值(7.2、7.2~7.4、7.5~7.8)、濃度(20×106/m L、20~40×106/m L、40×106/m L)、前向運動精子百分比(40%、40%~50%、50%)、前向運動精子總數(shù)[20×106、(20~50)×106、(50~100)×106、100×106],分別比較各組間的周期妊娠率。結果 :共完成284個IUI周期,臨床妊娠47周期,總臨床妊娠率16.5%;處理前精液黏稠度、p H值、濃度、前向運動精子百分比、前向運動精子總數(shù)各組妊娠率雖未見統(tǒng)計學差異(P0.05),但高度黏稠、p H值7.2、前向運動精子總數(shù)20×1063組與對應組別比較,妊娠率均降低;禁欲時間3 d組妊娠率較其他組顯著降低(P0.05)。結論 :處理前精液濃度、p H值、前向運動精子百分率與IUI臨床妊娠率應無明顯相關性,而禁欲時間、黏稠度、前向運動精子總數(shù)與IUI臨床妊娠率是否存在相關性,還需統(tǒng)計更多的周期數(shù)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the relationship between semen parameters before treatment and pregnancy rate of intrauterine insemination. Methods: 284 cycles of IUI were analyzed retrospectively and the lower limit of semen parameters of WHO version 5 was consulted. The pregnancy rate of the abstinence time 3 days group was significantly lower than that of the other groups. Conclusion: there is no significant correlation between the sperm concentration, the percentage of forward motility sperm and the clinical pregnancy rate of IUI before treatment, but the abstinence time and the consistency of abstinence. Whether there is a correlation between the total number of forward motile sperm and the clinical pregnancy rate of IUI needs to count more cycles.
