【摘要】：正輸卵管系膜囊腫扭轉(zhuǎn)是婦科急癥,嚴(yán)重者可與患側(cè)卵巢一起扭轉(zhuǎn),引起同側(cè)附件缺血壞死,不合并同側(cè)卵巢扭轉(zhuǎn)時(shí),稱(chēng)為單純性輸卵管系膜囊腫扭轉(zhuǎn)。國(guó)內(nèi)關(guān)于輸卵管系膜囊腫扭轉(zhuǎn)的超聲報(bào)道多為個(gè)案報(bào)道[1-4]。本研究收集了近6年廣州市番禺區(qū)中心醫(yī)院經(jīng)手術(shù)及病理證實(shí)的7例單純性輸卵管系膜囊腫扭轉(zhuǎn)病例,對(duì)其聲像圖特征及病情轉(zhuǎn)歸進(jìn)行分析,以期為早期診斷和手術(shù)治療提供可靠依據(jù)。1資料與方法1.1研究對(duì)象2011年1月-2016年12月在廣州市番禺
