【摘要】：正1病例報(bào)告患者,34歲,因發(fā)現(xiàn)外陰腫物半年,增大3月,于2016年3月14日入院。門(mén)診查新柏氏液基細(xì)胞學(xué)技術(shù)(TCT)、人乳頭瘤病毒(HPV)均陰性。入院查體:右側(cè)大陰唇偏下方見(jiàn)約5 cm×4 cm×3 cm囊實(shí)性包塊,邊界清楚,無(wú)壓痛,無(wú)波動(dòng)感,呈多囊樣,內(nèi)可觸及條索狀結(jié)構(gòu)。擬診外陰腫瘤。入院后第2天,在局部麻醉下行右側(cè)外陰腫物剝除術(shù),剝除腫物標(biāo)本巨檢:
[Abstract]:One case reported that the patient was 34 years old, who had been found vulvar mass for half a year and increased for three months. On March 14, 2016, we were admitted to our hospital. TCTT technique and HPV were negative in outpatient examination. At the bottom of the right labia, there were about 5 cm 脳 4 cm 脳 3 cm solid mass with clear boundary, no tenderness, no fluctuation. The tumor was diagnosed as vulvar tumor. On the second day after admission, the right vulvar mass excision was performed under local anaesthesia, and the exfoliation of the tumor specimen was examined as follows:
