【摘要】：目的:探討中西醫(yī)結合治療產(chǎn)后盆底功能障礙性疾病的臨床療效及對生活質(zhì)量的影響。方法:選擇院內(nèi)收治的產(chǎn)后盆底功能障礙性疾病患者180例,采用隨機數(shù)字表法將其分為對照組、治療組和觀察組,其中對照組給予單純盆底肌肉功能鍛煉,治療組在對照組基礎上加用"盆底康復治療儀",觀察組在治療組基礎上聯(lián)合應用中草藥湯劑治療,對3組臨床治療效果及生活質(zhì)量進行對比、分析。結果:治療后3組生活質(zhì)量較治療前均有所改善,治療組改善優(yōu)于對照組,觀察組改善更為明顯,組間比較差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);治療后及治療后3個月和6個月時3組患者肌力較治療前均有所提高,但治療組提升較對照組更優(yōu),觀察組較治療組提升更高,比較差異均有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結論:對于存在產(chǎn)后盆底功能障礙性疾病的患者而言,聯(lián)合應用中西醫(yī)結合治療方法不僅可在一定程度上提高臨床治療效果,而且還能提高患者生活質(zhì)量,值得臨床推廣應用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction and its influence on quality of life. Methods: 180 patients with postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction were selected. It was divided into control group, treatment group and observation group by random digital table method. The control group was given simple pelvic floor muscle function exercise. The treatment group was treated with "pelvic floor rehabilitation therapy instrument" on the basis of the control group, and the observation group was treated with Chinese herbal medicine decoction on the basis of the treatment group. The clinical therapeutic effects and quality of life of the three groups were compared. Results: after treatment, the quality of life of the three groups was improved, the improvement of the treatment group was better than that of the control group, and the improvement of the observation group was more obvious than that of the control group. The muscle strength of the three groups increased after treatment, 3 months and 6 months after treatment, but the improvement of the treatment group was better than that of the control group, and that of the observation group was higher than that of the treatment group. Conclusion: for the patients with postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction, the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine can not only improve the effect of clinical treatment to a certain extent. And also can improve the quality of life of patients, worthy of clinical application.
