【摘要】：妊娠期糖尿病(gestational diabetes mellitus,GDM)是指妊娠期間首次發(fā)現(xiàn)的糖尿病或糖耐量異常,可發(fā)生于妊娠早、中、晚期,約占全部妊娠的7%,其發(fā)病率為1%~14%[1]。妊娠期糖尿病可能導(dǎo)致母體再次出現(xiàn)妊娠期糖尿病,產(chǎn)后發(fā)生糖尿病及心血管疾病風(fēng)險(xiǎn)升高,圍生期胎兒并發(fā)癥等,嚴(yán)格控制血糖降低圍產(chǎn)期死亡率及改善產(chǎn)后并發(fā)癥結(jié)局[2]。隨著社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境發(fā)展,引起人群飲食結(jié)構(gòu)的改變,以及我國(guó)社會(huì)的晚婚晚育的趨勢(shì)增加。公眾對(duì)自身以及孕期胎兒健康的重視程度增加,GDM這一疾病引起越來(lái)越多的相關(guān)科研以及醫(yī)療領(lǐng)域的關(guān)注。本文就GDM的診斷、發(fā)生機(jī)制、影響及疾病管理進(jìn)行綜述。
[Abstract]:Gestational diabetes mellitusus (GDM) is a type of diabetes mellitus or impaired glucose tolerance found for the first time during pregnancy, which can occur at the early, middle and late stages of pregnancy. The incidence of gestational diabetes may lead to the reappearance of gestational diabetes, increase the risk of postpartum diabetes and cardiovascular disease, perinatal fetal complications, etc. Strictly controlling blood sugar to reduce perinatal mortality and improve the outcome of postpartum complications [2] .With the development of social and economic environment, the diet structure of the population changes. And the trend of late marriage and late childbearing is increasing in our country. The public pay more and more attention to the health of their own and pregnant fetus. The disease has attracted more and more attention in the field of scientific research and medical treatment. In this paper, the diagnosis and mechanism of GDM are discussed. Influence and disease management were reviewed.
