【摘要】：目的對輸卵管妊娠患者的腹腔鏡輸卵管線性切開保守性手術(shù)治療進(jìn)行病理觀察。方法選擇2011年1月至2013年12月該院收治已完成生育的輸卵管妊娠患者,行線性切開、取胚、止血后,取出樣本送病理檢查,再行輸卵管切除。結(jié)果未電凝處輸卵管的組織結(jié)構(gòu)正常,電凝處上皮破壞,無正常組織結(jié)構(gòu)。電凝處邊緣細(xì)胞線粒體腫脹,線粒體嵴變短,稀疏甚至消失,部分線粒體空泡化,染色質(zhì)邊集,部分纖毛脫落,基底膜完整。結(jié)論對有生育要求的輸卵管妊娠患者行腹腔鏡輸卵管線性切開保守性手術(shù)可提高術(shù)后生育機(jī)會。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the pathological changes of patients with tubal pregnancy treated by laparoscopic linear oviductal incision and conservative operation. Methods from January 2011 to December 2013, patients with tubal pregnancy were treated in our hospital. After hemostasis, the samples were taken out and sent to pathological examination for salpingotomy. Results the tissue structure of the fallopian tube without electrocoagulation was normal, the epithelium of the electrocoagulation was destroyed, no normal tissue structure was found, and the mitochondria of the edge cells of the electrocoagulation became swollen, and the mitochondrial ridge became shorter. Sparsity or even disappearance, vacuolation of some mitochondria, condensation of chromatin, exfoliation of some cilia and integrity of basement membrane. Conclusion Laparoscopic linear salpingotomy and conservative surgery for tubal pregnancy with fertility requirements can improve the chance of postoperation.
