【摘要】：目的 探討新鮮周期單囊胚移植(single blastocyst transfer,SBT)的可行性。方法 回顧性分析314個(gè)新鮮周期行SBT患者的臨床資料,從年齡、囊胚分級(jí)等方面比較分析臨床結(jié)局。結(jié)果 妊娠組患者的年齡顯著低于未妊娠組(P0.001);選擇性SBT(elective SBT,eSBT)組的臨床妊娠率顯著高于非選擇性SBT(non-elective SBT,non-eSBT)組(P0.05);年齡≤35歲的患者,eSBT組的臨床妊娠率與雙囊胚移植(double blastocyst transfer,DBT)組無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異,但多胎妊娠率顯著降低(P0.001);而35歲的患者,eSBT組的臨床妊娠率低于DBT組(P0.05),組間的多胎妊娠率無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P0.05);囊胚擴(kuò)張和孵化的程度與臨床妊娠率顯著相關(guān),優(yōu)質(zhì)囊胚可獲得更好的妊娠結(jié)局。結(jié)論 妊娠結(jié)局與囊胚的質(zhì)量及患者的年齡顯著相關(guān),對(duì)于年齡≤35歲,有優(yōu)質(zhì)囊胚的患者,可以進(jìn)行SBT。
