【摘要】：目的分析早孕期血紅蛋白(Hb)水平與妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)、子癇前期發(fā)病的關系。方法選擇孕14周前產(chǎn)檢的單胎孕婦754例,其中Hb為9.0~12.5 g/L者388例(對照組)、12.5 g/L者366例(觀察組),觀察兩組孕期GDM及子癇前期發(fā)生情況。結果觀察組發(fā)生GDM 46例(12.2%)、子癇前期41例(11.1%),對照組分別為13例(3.3%)、8例(2.1%),P均0.05。Hb≥12.5 g/L為截斷值,其判定GDM的發(fā)生風險為3.7、95%可信區(qū)間為2.2~6.4,子癇前期分別為5.4、2.8~10.5。結論早孕期Hb≥12.5 g/L的孕婦其GDM及子癇前期的發(fā)生風險明顯增加。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the relationship between the level of HB in early pregnancy and the incidence of GDMN and preeclampsia in gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM). There were 388 cases with HB of 9.0g / L (control group with 12.5 g / L) and 366 cases with GDM and pre-eclampsia during pregnancy (observation group).
