【摘要】：目的探討硫酸鎂聯(lián)合拉貝洛爾治療重度妊娠高血壓綜合征(PIH)的療效。方法選擇我院2014年1月~2015年10月收治的重度PIH孕婦172例,將其隨機(jī)分為對照組和治療組,各86例。對照組給予硫酸鎂常規(guī)解痙降壓治療,觀察組在硫酸鎂基礎(chǔ)上應(yīng)用拉貝洛爾治療。比較兩組患者的療效。結(jié)果治療后,觀察組血壓控制有效率明顯優(yōu)于對照組,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05);兩組患者在宮頸裂傷、子宮過度刺激、產(chǎn)后出血等主要并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率比較,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論硫酸鎂聯(lián)合拉貝洛爾治療重度PIH的療效確切,并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率低,能有效降低患者平均動脈血壓,改善母嬰結(jié)局,具有廣闊的臨床應(yīng)用前景。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the efficacy of magnesium sulfate combined with Labe prolol in the treatment of severe pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome (PIH). Methods 172 pregnant women with severe PIH were selected from January 2014 to October 2015 in our hospital and randomly divided into two groups: control group and treatment group. 86 cases each. The control group was treated with routine antispasmodic therapy, and the observation group was treated with Labe on the basis of magnesium sulfate. The curative effect of the two groups was compared. Results after treatment, the effective rate of blood pressure control in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group. There were significant differences in the incidence of major complications such as cervical laceration, uterine overstimulation and postpartum hemorrhage between the two groups. Conclusion magnesium sulfate combined with Labe lol is effective in the treatment of severe PIH. The incidence of complications is low, which can effectively reduce the mean arterial blood pressure and improve the outcome of mother and child.
