【摘要】：目的：研究采用輸尿管支架對(duì)中晚期宮頸癌輸尿管梗阻的臨床治療效果。方法：收集我院2010年6月至2013年6月就診的30例因中晚期宮頸癌所致輸尿管梗阻患者，采用輸尿管支架置入治療，術(shù)后1月復(fù)查B超及腎功能。結(jié)果：成功置管22例（73.3%），隨訪時(shí)間1-24個(gè)月，平均時(shí)間3個(gè)月，非置管因素死亡10例，其余12例存活患者的腰痛癥狀明顯好轉(zhuǎn)，與置管前比較，輕度、中度、重度腎積水程度均明顯減輕，術(shù)后腎功能肌酐、尿素氮水平明顯改善（P0.05）。未出現(xiàn)嚴(yán)重并發(fā)癥。結(jié)論：中晚期宮頸癌繼發(fā)輸尿管梗阻的患者，采用輸尿管內(nèi)留置輸尿管支架治療具有成功率較高、效果明顯、患者痛苦小、以及并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率低的優(yōu)點(diǎn)。置管后需密切監(jiān)測(cè)，定期更換。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the clinical effect of ureteral stents in the treatment of ureteral obstruction of advanced cervical cancer. Methods: from June 2010 to June 2013, 30 patients with ureteral obstruction caused by advanced cervical cancer in our hospital were collected. The ureteral stents were implanted into the ureter, and the B-ultrasound and renal function were re-examined on January. Results: 22 cases with successful catheterization were followed up for 1-24 months with an average time of 3 months, 10 cases died from non-catheterization factors. The symptoms of low back pain in the remaining 12 patients were obviously improved, compared with those before catheterization, the degree of hydronephrosis in mild, moderate and severe cases was obviously alleviated, and the renal function creatinine was found after operation. There were no serious complications in ureteral ureteral obstruction. Conclusion: ureteral stents with ureteral indwelling for patients with secondary ureteral obstruction in advanced cervical cancer have high success rate, obvious effect and less pain. And the advantages of low incidence of complications. After tube placement, need to be closely monitored, regular replacement.
