【摘要】：目的探討中藥內(nèi)服和針刺聯(lián)合應(yīng)用對老年早期宮頸癌患者術(shù)后尿潴留的臨床治療效果。方法選取我院90例老年早期宮頸癌術(shù)后尿潴留患者為研究對象,隨機(jī)分為觀察組45例與對照組45例,觀察組行常規(guī)處理,對照組行中藥內(nèi)服和針刺聯(lián)合治療。比較兩組患者治療有效率,尿管留置時間、術(shù)后1月、術(shù)后3月膀胱殘余尿量,及臨床癥狀積分差異,并進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計學(xué)分析。結(jié)果觀察組患者治療總有效率為80.0%(36/45),顯著高于對照組的57.8%(26/45),P=0.023;觀察組患者尿管留置時間較對照組更短,P=0.002,術(shù)后1月、術(shù)后3月膀胱殘余尿量顯著低于對照組,P0.05;觀察組患者排尿無力、小腹墜脹感、腰膝乏軟、精神倦怠等臨床癥狀積分顯著低于對照組,P0.05。結(jié)論中藥內(nèi)服和針刺聯(lián)合應(yīng)用可以提高老年早期宮頸癌患者術(shù)后尿潴留治療有效率,改善臨床癥狀。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical effect of the combination of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) and acupuncture on postoperative urinary retention in elderly patients with early cervical cancer. Methods 90 patients with postoperative urinary retention of early cervical cancer in our hospital were selected as the object of study. The observation group (45 cases) and the control group (45 cases) were randomly divided into the observation group (n = 45) and the control group (n = 45). Results the total effective rate of the patients in the observation group was 80.036 / 45g, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (57.8R / 45) 0.023.The time of indwelling urethral catheter in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group (0.002). On March, the residual urine volume of bladder was significantly lower than that of control group (P 0.05). The score of clinical symptoms such as mental burnout was significantly lower than that of the control group (P0.05.Conclusion the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture can improve the effective rate of urinary retention and improve the clinical symptoms in the elderly patients with early cervical cancer after operation.
