【摘要】：目的探討2-甲氧雌二醇(2-ME)、兒茶酚胺氧位甲基轉(zhuǎn)移酶(COMT)蛋白在晚發(fā)型子癇前期(PE)發(fā)病中的作用。方法選取孕周34周的晚發(fā)型PE患者25例(觀察組),同期正常單胎妊娠孕婦35例(對(duì)照組)。采用全自動(dòng)酶標(biāo)儀檢測(cè)血清及尿液2-ME水平,Western blotting法檢測(cè)胎盤組織COMT蛋白相對(duì)表達(dá)量。結(jié)果觀察組血清、尿液2-ME分別為(595.3±21.8)、(407.8±16.3)pg/m L,對(duì)照組分別為(407.8±23.9)、(298.4±18.1)pg/m L;兩組比較,P均0.05。觀察組胎盤COMT蛋白相對(duì)表達(dá)量為1.48±0.66,對(duì)照組為1.39±0.58;兩組比較,P0.05。結(jié)論晚發(fā)型PE患者血清、尿液2-ME水平升高,胎盤COMT蛋白表達(dá)無明顯變化;2-ME可能是其發(fā)病過程中的一種代償性保護(hù)因子,而COMT蛋白可能與晚發(fā)型PE的發(fā)生關(guān)系不大。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the role of 2-MEM, COMT-protein in the pathogenesis of late onset preeclampsia (PEP). Methods 25 patients with late onset PE (gestational age 34 weeks) were selected. In 35 pregnant women (control group), the relative expression of COMT protein in placenta was detected by using automatic enzyme labeling instrument and 2-ME level in urine and the relative expression of COMT protein in placenta was detected by Western blotting method. Urine 2-ME was 407.8 鹵16.3g / mL in urine and 407.8 鹵23.9g / mL in control group, respectively. The relative expression of COMT protein in placenta of observation group was 1.48 鹵0.66 and that of control group was 1.39 鹵0.58.Conclusion the level of urine 2-ME in patients with late onset PE was higher than that in control group, and the relative expression of COMT protein in placenta of observation group was 1.48 鹵0.66, and that of control group was 1.39 鹵0.58.Conclusion the level of urine 2-ME in patients with late onset PE was higher than that in control group. The expression of COMT protein in placenta may be a compensatory protective factor, while the expression of COMT protein may not be related to the occurrence of late type PE.
