【摘要】：目的研究克霉唑陰道片聯(lián)合伊曲康唑對霉菌性陰道炎的臨床效果。方法選取我院2015年12月~2016年9月收治的64例患有霉菌性陰道炎的患者,以數(shù)字隨機法將患者平均分配為觀察組與對照組。其中,對照組32例患者單純使用克霉唑陰道片進行治療,觀察組32例患者在對照組的治療基礎上聯(lián)合伊曲康唑進行治療,觀察兩組患者的治療效果并對比兩組患者治療率、患者,滿意度及不良反應發(fā)生情況。結果觀察組32例患者治愈率為63.88%;對照組患者的治愈率為37.5%;觀察組治愈率明顯高于對照組患者,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。觀察組患者的患者滿意度與不良反應發(fā)生率等觀察指標均明顯優(yōu)于對照組患者,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結論克霉唑陰道片聯(lián)合伊曲康唑對治療霉菌性陰道炎具有良好的治療效果,能減少患者痛苦,值得臨床推廣與應用。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the clinical effect of clotrimazole vaginal tablet combined with itraconazole on mycovaginitis. Methods 64 patients with mycovaginitis were selected from December 2015 to September 2016 in our hospital. 32 patients in the control group were treated with clotrimazole vaginal tablets, and 32 patients in the observation group were treated with itraconazole on the basis of the treatment of the control group. Observe the therapeutic effect of the two groups of patients and compare the treatment rate of the two groups of patients, patients, Results the cure rate of 32 patients in the observation group was 63.88; the cure rate in the control group was 37.5; the cure rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). The patients' satisfaction and the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group. Conclusion clotrimazole vaginal tablet combined with itraconazole has a good therapeutic effect on mycovaginitis, can reduce the pain of patients, and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
