【摘要】：目的研究原發(fā)性卵巢功能不全(primary ovarian insufficiency,POI)小鼠卵巢的血流動力學(xué)與性激素濃度的相關(guān)性。方法以小鼠透明帶3作為抗原,皮下多點注射,免疫BALB/C雌性小鼠建立原發(fā)性卵巢功能不全模型,利用超聲動態(tài)觀察卵巢的形態(tài),同時利用超聲彩色多普勒成像觀察卵巢的血流變化,最后取小鼠血清進行性激素濃度檢測。結(jié)果超聲下可觀察到模型組小鼠卵巢體積減小,卵泡數(shù)目減少,血流分布較弱。與空白組小鼠相比較,模型組小鼠阻力指數(shù)(resistive index,RI)較高,搏動指數(shù)(pulsatility index,PI,PI=S-D/Vmean)較低,脈壓差(pulse pressure,PP)呈升高趨勢;與空白組小鼠相比較,模型組小鼠的促卵泡生長激素(follicle-stimulating hormone,FSH)、抗苗勒管激素(anti-Müllerian hormone,AMH)均差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。進一步通過模型組小鼠血流動力學(xué)與激素濃度相關(guān)性檢驗,發(fā)現(xiàn)模型組小鼠PP與FSH有一定(P0.05)。結(jié)論 POI小鼠血流動力學(xué)PP與血清學(xué)FSH濃度有顯著相關(guān)性,本研究為動態(tài)觀察POI治療過程提供參考。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the correlation between ovarian hemodynamics and sex hormone concentration in primary ovarian efficient Poi mice. Methods the mouse pellucida 3 was used as antigen, and was injected subcutaneously with multiple sites. The primary ovarian insufficiency model was established by immunizing BALB/C female mice. The morphology of ovary was observed dynamically by ultrasound, and the changes of ovarian blood flow were observed by color Doppler imaging. Results the ovarian volume, follicle number and blood flow distribution were decreased in the model group. Compared with the control group, the resistance index (RI) of the model group was higher than that of the control group. The pulsatility index (Pi) was lower and the pulse pressure pressure difference (PPP) was higher than that in the blank group (P < 0.05), and compared with the control group, the pulsatility index was lower, and the pulse pressure pressure index (PP) was higher than that in the control group. There were significant differences in follicle-stimulating hormone follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) and anti-M 眉 llerian hormone (llerian) between the model group and the control group (P 0.05). It was found that PP and FSH in the model group had a certain P0.050.Conclusion there is a significant correlation between hemodynamic PP and serological FSH concentration in POI mice. This study provides a reference for dynamic observation of the course of POI treatment.
