【摘要】：目的探析經(jīng)陰道病灶切除術(shù)作用于剖宮產(chǎn)子宮瘢痕妊娠臨床病例的應(yīng)用效果。方法抽取2013年10月至2016年5月,在我院接受醫(yī)治的80剖宮產(chǎn)子宮瘢痕妊娠臨床病例為觀察對象。根據(jù)隨機(jī)數(shù)字分組方式,分成觀察組4例、對照組40例。觀察組施以經(jīng)陰道病灶切除術(shù)進(jìn)行醫(yī)治;對照組采用經(jīng)腹子宮瘢痕妊娠病灶切除術(shù)進(jìn)行醫(yī)治。比較2組臨床醫(yī)治效果。結(jié)果觀察并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率5.0%,顯著低于對照組30.0%,組間對比存在高度統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(χ~2=8.66,P0.01);觀察組總有效率97.5%,明顯高于對照組80.0%,組間對比存在統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(χ~2=4.51,P0.05)。結(jié)論對剖宮產(chǎn)子宮瘢痕妊娠臨床病例開展經(jīng)陰道病灶切除術(shù)醫(yī)治的臨床效果良好,可有效縮短患者手術(shù)執(zhí)行時(shí)間,降低術(shù)后并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率,值得臨床采納與推行。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of transvaginal focus resection on cesarean scar pregnancy. Methods from October 2013 to May 2016, 80 cases of cesarean scar pregnancy were treated in our hospital. According to the method of random number grouping, they were divided into observation group (n = 4) and control group (n = 40). Results the incidence of complications in the control group was 5.0, significantly lower than that in the control group (30.0). There was significant statistical significance between the two groups (蠂 ~ (2 +) = 8.6g / P _ (0.01)). The total effective rate of 97.5% was significantly higher than that of the control group (80.0%). There was statistical significance between the two groups (蠂 ~ (2 +) 4.51) P 0.05.Conclusion the clinical effect of transvaginal focus excision for cesarean section in the clinical cases of uterine scar pregnancy is good. It can effectively shorten the time of operation and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, which is worthy of clinical adoption and implementation.
