【摘要】:目的研究PCOS易感基因Hmga2在子宮內(nèi)膜容受性和蛻膜化中的表達與調(diào)節(jié)。方法通過早期妊娠、延期著床與激活、人工蛻膜化、卵巢類固醇激素處理等實驗,利用q PCR、Western blot技術,闡述Hmga2在子宮內(nèi)膜容受性中的作用。結果 Hmga2隨著妊娠表達量逐漸增加,著床點與非著床點相比表達量顯著升高,胚胎激活組比延遲著床表達量顯著增高,人工誘導蛻膜化與非蛻膜化比較表達顯著升高,Hmga2的表達與雌激素和孕激素呈正相關,體內(nèi)受雌孕激素調(diào)節(jié)。結論表明Hmga2的表達與小鼠早期妊娠胚胎著床過程密切相關,參與子宮內(nèi)膜蛻膜化過程,受活化胚泡和類固醇激素的影響。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the expression and regulation of PCOS susceptibility gene Hmga2 in endometrial receptivity and decidualization. Results the expression of Hmga2 in endometrium was increased with pregnancy, the expression of Hmga2 in implantation site was significantly higher than that in non-implantation site, and the expression of Hmga2 in embryo activated group was significantly higher than that in delayed implantation group. The expression of Hmga2 was positively correlated with estrogen and progesterone, and was regulated by estrogen and progesterone. Conclusion the expression of Hmga2 is closely related to the implantation process of mouse early pregnancy embryos. The process of decidualization of endometrium is affected by activation of blastocyst and steroid hormone.
