【摘要】：目的觀察并分析妊娠期糖尿病對(duì)孕婦妊娠結(jié)局的影響。方法回顧性分析2014~2015年該院收治的妊娠期糖尿病孕婦320例(甲組)和同期無(wú)妊娠并發(fā)癥孕婦280例(乙組)的臨床資料,觀察兩組孕婦妊娠結(jié)局的差異。結(jié)果甲組孕婦妊娠期高血壓疾病(妊高癥)、胎膜早破、羊水過(guò)多、分娩巨大胎兒、早產(chǎn)和新生兒黃疸發(fā)生率均明顯高于乙組,差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);產(chǎn)后出血、剖宮產(chǎn)發(fā)生率也高于乙組,但差異均無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),兩組胎兒窒息、畸形發(fā)生率比較,差異均無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論孕婦妊娠期合并糖尿病不僅會(huì)對(duì)孕婦產(chǎn)生影響,提高孕婦妊高癥、胎膜早破、羊水過(guò)多等發(fā)生率,還會(huì)對(duì)分娩胎兒帶來(lái)一定危害,分娩巨大胎兒、早產(chǎn)和黃疸發(fā)生率升高,威脅孕婦和新生兒生命安全。為避免孕婦出現(xiàn)妊娠期糖尿病應(yīng)及早進(jìn)行干預(yù),優(yōu)化孕婦分娩結(jié)局,確保母嬰健康。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe and analyze the effect of gestational diabetes mellitus on pregnancy outcome. Methods the clinical data of 320 pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus (group A) and 280 pregnant women without pregnancy complications (group B) admitted in our hospital from 2014 to 2015 were analyzed retrospectively. Results the incidence of hypertension complicating pregnancy (PIH, premature rupture of membranes, amniotic fluid, fetal macrosomia, premature delivery and neonatal jaundice) in group A was significantly higher than that in group B. The incidence of postpartum hemorrhage and cesarean section was also higher than that of group B, but the difference was not statistically significant (P 0.05). The incidence of fetal asphyxia and malformation was higher in the two groups. Conclusion pregnant women with diabetes not only influence pregnant women, but also increase the incidence of pregnancy induced hypertension, premature rupture of membranes and amniotic fluid. The incidence of premature delivery and jaundice is increased, which threatens the safety of pregnant women and newborns. In order to avoid pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus, early intervention should be carried out to optimize the delivery outcome of pregnant women and to ensure the health of mother and child.
