【摘要】：本文報道高強度聚焦超聲治療腹壁韌帶樣纖維瘤1例,介紹該病的臨床癥狀、影像學表現(xiàn)及病理形態(tài)等特征,分析高強度聚焦超聲治療的方法及該病在治療過程中的影像學改變和療效。并結(jié)合文獻復(fù)習,探討韌帶樣纖維瘤的流行病學與病因、病理特征和影像診斷及治療等問題。患者為36歲女性,2年前發(fā)現(xiàn)腹壁有一腫塊,大小約5cm,于2012-05-22全麻下行腹壁腫塊切除術(shù),病理提示“腹壁韌帶樣纖維瘤”。術(shù)后3月復(fù)查B超,半年復(fù)查CT,于2012-12-07復(fù)查CT提示腹壁纖維瘤術(shù)后復(fù)發(fā),2013-08-22查CT提示腫塊明顯增大,遂于2013-09-09來我院,于2013-09-13、2013-10-21、2013-12-30、2014-03-03行高強度聚焦超聲治療,MRI提示腫塊大小由149×9.3×7.3cm縮小至104×7.5×63cm,并有繼續(xù)縮小的趨勢。
[Abstract]:This paper reports a case of abdominal wall desmoid fibroma treated with high intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU). The clinical symptoms, imaging manifestations and pathological features of the disease are introduced. To analyze the therapeutic methods of high intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU), the imaging changes and therapeutic effects of the disease during the course of treatment, and to discuss the epidemiology and etiology of desmoid fibroma in combination with literature review. Pathological features and imaging diagnosis and treatment. The patient was 36 years old female, found a mass in the abdominal wall 2 years ago, about 5 cm in size. The abdominal wall mass was resected under general anesthesia from 2012-05-22. The pathology indicated that "abdominal wall desmoid fibroma". After half a year CTexamination, CT examination in 2012-12-07 showed the recurrence of abdominal fibroma was obviously enlarged in 2013-08-22. The tumor size was reduced from 149 脳 9.3 脳 7.3 cm to 104 脳 7.5 脳 63 cm by high-intensity focused ultrasound in 2013-09-13, 2013-10-21, 2013-12-30 and 2014-03-03 in 2013-09-13, and the size of mass was reduced from 149 脳 9.3 脳 7.3cm to 104 脳 7.5 脳 63cm.
