【摘要】：目的：探討血清卵泡抑素(follistatin,FS)水平與子宮內(nèi)膜異位癥(Endometriosis,EMT,內(nèi)異癥)的相關(guān)性,及其在卵巢型內(nèi)異癥診斷方面的意義。 方法：選取50例內(nèi)異癥患者空腹外周血標(biāo)本為研究組,其中包含卵巢型內(nèi)異癥30例和卵巢外內(nèi)異癥20例(本研究中卵巢外內(nèi)異癥組主要包括子宮腺肌癥10例、腹壁疤痕內(nèi)異癥6例和盆腔內(nèi)異癥4例),選取30例卵巢良性腫瘤患者空腹外周血標(biāo)本和50例正常健康女性月經(jīng)周期中期空腹外周血標(biāo)本為對(duì)照組,分別用酶聯(lián)吸附試驗(yàn)(enzyme-linked immuno sorbent assay,ELISA)和電化學(xué)發(fā)光實(shí)驗(yàn)(electrochemiluminescence immunoassay,ECLIA)測(cè)定50例內(nèi)異癥患者、30例卵巢良性腫瘤患者及50例正常健康婦女血清FS和癌抗原125(cancer antigen125,CA125)水平,并采用受試者工作特征(receiver operator characteristic,ROC)曲線比較FS和CA125對(duì)內(nèi)異癥診斷的敏感度和特異性。 結(jié)果：卵巢型EMT組血清FS水平(1332.74±305.54ng/L)與卵巢良性腫瘤組(308.61±54.39ng/L)和正常組對(duì)照72.12±48.97ng/L)相比均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。卵巢型EMT組血清CA125水平(52.02±22.64U/mL)較卵巢良性中瘤組(35.21±18.32U/mL)和正常組(18.72±6.17U/mL)均有顯著差異(P0.001),但其與卵巢外EMT組血清CA125水平(46.53±27.66U/mL)相比無(wú)明顯差異(P=0.295)。 結(jié)論：內(nèi)異癥患者血清FS的表達(dá)水平顯著升高,對(duì)于早期內(nèi)異癥(尤其對(duì)卵巢型內(nèi)異癥)的診斷有重要的臨床參考價(jià)值,有希望成為內(nèi)異癥早期診斷的另一血清學(xué)指標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the relationship between serum follistatinn (FSs) level and Endometriosisus Endometriosisus (Endometriosisus Endometriosisus Endometriosisus (EMT)) and its significance in the diagnosis of ovarian endometriosis. Methods: fasting peripheral blood samples of 50 patients with endometriosis were selected as study group, including 30 patients with ovarian type endometriosis and 20 patients with extraovarian endometriosis. In this study, 10 cases of uterine adenomyosis were included in the group of extraovarian endometriosis. There were 6 cases of abdominal scar endogeneity and 4 cases of pelvic endometriosis. 30 patients with benign ovarian tumor and 50 healthy women with middle menstrual cycle were selected as control group. Serum FS and cancer antigen125CA125 were measured by enzyme-linked immuno sorbent assaysa (Elisa) and electrochemiluminescence assay (ECLIA) in 50 patients with benign ovarian neoplasms and 50 healthy women. The sensitivity and specificity of FS and CA125 in the diagnosis of endometriosis were compared by receiver operator characteristic curve. Results: compared with benign ovarian tumor group (308.61 鹵54.39 ng / L) and normal control group (72.12 鹵48.97 ng / L), the serum FS level of ovarian type EMT group was 1332.74 鹵305.54 ng / L). The serum CA125 level in ovarian type EMT group was significantly higher than that in benign ovarian tumor group (35.21 鹵18.32 U / mL) and normal group (18.72 鹵6.17 UmL). There was no significant difference in serum CA125 level between the two groups compared with the extraovarian EMT group (46.53 鹵27.66 U / mL). Conclusion: the expression of FS in serum of patients with endometriosis is significantly increased, which has important clinical reference value for the diagnosis of early endometriosis, especially for ovarian type endometriosis. It is hopeful to be another serological index for early diagnosis of endometriosis.
