熱休克因子1(HSF1)表達與宮頸癌臨床病理特征及生存的相關(guān)性分析

【摘要】:目的:分析宮頸癌組織中熱休克因子1(Heat-shock factor 1,HSF1)表達與宮頸癌患者臨床病理特征及生存的相關(guān)性。方法:收集2009年11月至2013年12月于重慶醫(yī)科大學(xué)附屬第一醫(yī)院婦科直接行手術(shù)治療的FIGO分期為IA~IIA期的宮頸癌病例,檢測并分析癌組織中熱休克因子HSF1的表達與臨床病理特征及無進展生存時間(Progress free suivival,PFS)的相關(guān)性。結(jié)果:宮頸癌組織中HSF1表達強度與癌細胞肌層浸潤深度(P=0.02)呈顯著正相關(guān);在高級別病變(P=0.45)、脈管癌栓陽性(P=0.80)及淋巴結(jié)陽性(P=0.13)患者組織中HSF1表達高于低級別、無脈管癌栓及淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移患者,但差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義。HSF1表達的高低對這些早期宮頸癌的PFS沒有顯著影響(P=0.33),但對癌癥基因組圖譜(The Cancer Genome Atlas,TCGA)中320例宮頸癌患者的基因數(shù)據(jù)分析顯示,HSF1基因表達越強,患者的預(yù)后越差(P=0.02)。結(jié)論:癌組織中HSF1高強度表達與宮頸癌進展程度直接相關(guān),并可能影響生存。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the relationship between the expression of heat shock factor 1 (1) Heat-shock factor 1 (HSF1) and the clinicopathological features and survival of cervical cancer patients. Methods: from November 2009 to December 2013, we collected from the first affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University, gynecology and gynecology. Cases of cervical cancer with FIGO staging at IA~IIA stage were treated directly by surgery. The relationship between the expression of heat shock factor (HSF1) and the clinicopathological characteristics and the progress free suivivalSs in cervical carcinoma was analyzed. Results: there was a significant positive correlation between the expression of HSF1 and the depth of myometrium invasion (P0. 02) in cervical carcinoma. The expression of HSF1 was higher in the patients with high grade pathological changes than in the patients with lower grade, and no vessel tumor embolus and lymph node metastasis, the expression of HSF1 was higher in the patients with high grade lesions than that in the patients with high grade lesions, positive vascular tumor thrombus or P0. 80) and lymph node positive. However, there was no significant difference in the expression of HSF1. There was no significant effect of HSF1 expression on the PFS of these early cervical carcinomas. However, the analysis of the gene data of 320 patients with cervical cancer in the Cancer Genome TCGA showed that the higher the expression of HSF1 gene was, the stronger the expression of HSF1 gene was. Conclusion: the high expression of HSF1 is directly related to the progression of cervical cancer and may affect the survival of cervical cancer.
