【摘要】：正自中華醫(yī)學會婦產(chǎn)科學分會產(chǎn)科學組基于國外指南及相關(guān)臨床研究,在2014年制定并發(fā)表了《新產(chǎn)程標準及處理的專家共識》~([1])(以下簡稱共識)以來已經(jīng)兩年多,在此期間國內(nèi)各個臨床助產(chǎn)機構(gòu)在新產(chǎn)程管理的指導下進行相關(guān)產(chǎn)程管理,并在此過程中不斷總結(jié)經(jīng)驗,對新產(chǎn)程下產(chǎn)后出血率、新生兒窒息率、剖宮產(chǎn)率、會陰裂傷率等做了大量的臨床對比研究。近一年又適逢二孩政策的全面放開,高齡孕產(chǎn)婦大幅度
[Abstract]:It has been more than two years since the Obstetrics Section of the Chinese Medical Association of Gynecology and Obstetrics, based on foreign guidelines and related clinical studies, formulated and published the expert consensus on Standards and Management of New Labor in 2014 ([1]). During this period, each clinical midwifery organization in China carried on the related labor process management under the guidance of the new labor process management, and in this process continuously summarized the experience, the rate of postpartum hemorrhage, the newborn asphyxia rate, the cesarean section rate, the new labor process under the new stage of labor, the newborn asphyxia rate, the cesarean section rate, The rate of perineal laceration has done a great deal of clinical comparative research. In the past year, when the policy of two-child was fully liberalized, the elderly pregnant and lying-in women were greatly improved.
