【摘要】：目的探討經(jīng)陰道剖宮產(chǎn)瘢痕妊娠(cesarean scar pregnancy,CSP)病灶切除術(shù)的臨床效果及安全性。方法2013年1月~2016年1月,對(duì)30例CSP行經(jīng)陰道病灶切除術(shù),隨訪觀察臨床效果及安全性。結(jié)果 1例中轉(zhuǎn)開放手術(shù),其余手術(shù)均順利完成,手術(shù)時(shí)間30~120 min,(53.4±26.0)min,術(shù)中出血量50 ml,住院3~7 d,(4.3±1.3)d,血β-h CG降至正常時(shí)間14~36 d,(24.1±13.2)d,無持續(xù)妊娠,未出現(xiàn)切口愈合不良、感染、膀胱損傷等手術(shù)并發(fā)癥。結(jié)論經(jīng)陰道CSP病灶切除術(shù)的臨床效果好,并發(fā)癥少,值得基層醫(yī)院推廣應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical effect and safety of transvaginal caesarean section for cesarean scar pregnancy#en0#. Methods from January 2013 to January 2016, 30 patients with CSP underwent transvaginal resection. Results one patient was transferred to open surgery and the other operations were completed successfully. The operative time was 30 ~ 120 min, the intraoperative bleeding was 50 ml, the hospital stay was 3 ~ 7 days, the blood 尾 -hCG was decreased to a normal time of 14 ~ 36 days, 24.1 鹵13. 2 days, and there was no continuous pregnancy. There were no complications such as poor wound healing, infection, bladder injury and so on. Conclusion Transvaginal CSP focus resection has good clinical effect and few complications, so it is worth popularizing and applying in primary hospitals.
