【摘要】：目的分析陽(yáng)泉市圍產(chǎn)兒死亡情況,探討圍產(chǎn)兒死亡的原因,以采取相應(yīng)的干預(yù)措施,降低圍產(chǎn)兒死亡率。方法回顧性分析2009-2013年全市的圍產(chǎn)兒死亡的基本情況。結(jié)果 5年共出生圍產(chǎn)兒66603例,死亡總數(shù)649例,圍產(chǎn)兒平均死亡率9.74‰,呈逐年顯著下降趨勢(shì);其中死胎占68.26%、死產(chǎn)占8.17%、7天內(nèi)死亡占23.57%;農(nóng)村的圍產(chǎn)兒死亡率明顯高于城市;早產(chǎn)與低出生體重、出生窒息、先天畸形占7天內(nèi)死亡死因的前3位。結(jié)論必須加強(qiáng)健康教育宣傳,提高婚前、孕期保健水平,政府與醫(yī)院都要加大投入以提高產(chǎn)科、兒科技術(shù)水平,才能降低圍產(chǎn)兒死亡率。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the perinatal death in Yangquan City and explore the causes of perinatal death, and to take corresponding intervention measures. Methods the basic situation of perinatal mortality in the whole city from 2009 to 2013 was analyzed retrospectively.
