【摘要】：目的研究液基薄層細(xì)胞學(xué)(TCT)、熒光定量聚合酶鏈反應(yīng)技術(shù)(FQPCR)、P16蛋白聯(lián)合檢測在宮頸癌早期診斷中的價(jià)值,為宮頸癌的早期防治提供參考。方法對2012年10月-2013年10月1 786例宮頸異常女性進(jìn)行TCT、FQPCR檢查,監(jiān)測人乳頭狀瘤病毒(HPV)感染情況,檢測P16蛋白表達(dá),采用SPSS 17.0進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。結(jié)果 1 786例患者中檢測HPV陽性198例,陽性率為11.09%;其中高危型HPV占38.38%、低危型占61.62%;P16蛋白隨著CINⅡ級、CINⅢ級、SCC變化表達(dá)率逐漸升高,比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論宮頸異�；颊逪PV陽性檢出率高,P16蛋白表達(dá)率隨著宮頸病變的加重而提升,FQPCR、TCT、P16聯(lián)合檢查有助于宮頸癌及其癌前病變的篩查。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the value of TCTT and fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction (FQPCR) in the early diagnosis of cervical cancer. Methods from October 2012 to October 1st 2013, 786 women with abnormal cervix cervix were examined by TCTFQPCR to detect the infection of human papillomavirus (HPV) and the expression of P16 protein.
